Many auto related injuries can be prevented with
the proper positioning of your car seat headrest. Most headrests
are positioned too low causing the head and neck to be jerked
too far back in sudden stops or rear-end collisions.
The top of the headrest should be level with the
top of your head. If your headrest is too low, raise it to the
proper height. The back of your head should be no more than 4
inches from the headrest.
Play it safe! Make sure your headrest
is in the correct position.
